If you plan to build your own home or reform an existing one but feel that you do not need to employ the services an Architect for the design we will prepare the plans, permits, licences and insurances required to translate your ideas into a project that ensures that the work is carried out legally, safely and at a reduced cost. We offer advice concerning the best way forward with a project by checking with the local authorities and advising on any legal or practical construction limitations.
During the construction phase your project will be managed by our in-house Engineers and project managers. All work undertaken is independently certified before any payments are due.
For larger projects we prepare multiple sub-contractor tender documents. In practice this tender process ensures that all sub-contractors are trained and experienced with the building methods and materials that will be used. It also creates a competitive tender environment keeping the costs lower.
As the main contractor we take full responsibility for all contracted work this includes ensuring that subcontracted tradesmen fulfil their legal obligations and meet all specific insurance requirements.
